What is The Gateway: A Web3 Metropolis?
Presented by nft now and Mana Common, The Gateway is a 5-day web3 arts and culture festival that will take over two city blocks and 12 buildings across the Flagler District of Downtown Miami. The Gateway features immersive installations from a multidisciplinary array of partners, ranging from web3 powerhouses to leading artists, musicians, speakers, and communities.
When is the event?
The event is taking place from Tuesday, November 29 until Saturday, December 3. Tuesday is an invite-only VIP Preview, while Wednesday through Saturday is open to the registered public from 12pm – 9pm daily.
What is the best address for ridesharing at the Event?
The best address to use with any ridesharing or routing apps is 355 E Flagler St, Miami, FL 33131.
Where is the event located?
The event is located in Downtown Miami’s Flagler District between E 2nd and 3rd Avenue. The event is both outdoors and in indoor venues. Participating venues include:
- The Alfred Dupont Building: 169 E Flagler St, Miami, FL 33131
- Flagler Building: 223 E Flagler St, Miami, FL 33131
- Santa Fe Building: 231 E Flagler St #3,4,5 Miami, FL 33131
- White Building: 201-209 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33131

Do I need a wristband to access all areas of the event?
A wristband is required to enter all indoor sectors of the event. However, this wristband is not required to enter the street area. Once you pick up your wristband, it will grant you access to all four days of the event with re-entry.
How old do I have to be to attend the event?
The Gateway: A Web3 Metropolis is open to all ages with a registered wristband. Children under 13 accompanied by a parent do not need to reserve a wristband in order to attend.
I registered for a ticket. Where do I pick up my wristband at The Gateway?
You will pick up your wristband at The Gateway Ticket Office, located at 50 NE 2nd Avenue. To redeem your wristband, you must show your ticket pickup code which can be located by logging in to your ticketing account or referencing your order confirmation email.
Can I attend The Gateway multiple days?
Yes, your wristband is valid for the dates of November 30th through December 3rd, you can attend and re-enter the Gateway at any time during its open hours during that time period.

Will food and beverages be available for purchase?
Yes, food trucks are located on SE 2nd Ave where attendees can purchase food and beverages. Outside of the event venue, there are a diverse selection of restaurants in the neighborhood to take advantage of.

Where can I see the panels and fireside chats taking place during the event?
Sector 1 at The Alfred DuPont Building is where the panels will be taking place during the event. The address of The Alfred DuPont Building is 169 E Flagler St, Miami, FL 33131. The schedule of panels and speakers is available here.
Can anyone attend the conference panels?
The panels and speakers will be open to the general registered public on a first come, first serve basis. We are allowing guests to secure their seats, and will close the entry once we reach capacity inside Sector 1. If you’re not able to secure a seat, you will be able to watch the panels via the broadcast screen outside during the festival.
Is parking available at the event?
There is limited street parking and parking garages surrounding the event location. Ridesharing services and public transit are strongly encouraged. Learn more about the available public transit options here.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all sectors of the event are wheelchair accessible.
Will there be WiFi available at the event?
Yes, there is complimentary WiFi available throughout the event for attendees to access
Will restrooms be available to use at the event?
Yes, there are restrooms located throughout the street for attendees to use at the event.
Where can I find the lost and found?
Lost items will be entrusted to the Miami Downtown Development Authority Hospitality and Safety Team, identified by their bright orange shirts and DWNTWN baseball caps. You may also inquire with the Downtown Miami Welcome and Visitor Center for assistance.
What areas does my wristband grant me access to?
Your wristband grants you access to all “sectors” of the event, subject to capacity and sponsor’s discretion.
What items are not allowed in the event?
These items are prohibited from entering the event’s sectors:
- No illegal or illicit substances, drug, or drug paraphernalia permitted.
- No weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, pocket knives and self defense sprays.
- No flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks.
- No markers, spray paint or liquid paint.
- No musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns.
Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials.
Where can I reserve a ticket for The Gateway?
Tickets for the event are sold out, however, you may sign up for the waiting list and we’ll notify you if more tickets become available.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can reserve?
Tickets are limited to one (1) per person.
Will I receive a confirmation email for my reservation?
You should receive a confirmation email with your ticket pickup code within moments of completing your online reservation. Please save this PDF, as you’ll be asked to present it at the Ticket Office in order to receive your wristband. If you misplace your order confirmation email or ticket pickup code, you may download it at any time by visiting the “My Tickets” section of your ticketing account.
I tried resetting my ticketing password but never received a password reset email. How do I log in?
If you are having any issues with resetting your ticketing password, please email our Ticketing Department at [email protected] so that they can look further into this for you.
What are the Ticket Office’s hours of operations?
- Tuesday, November 29th: 4pm – 12am
- Wednesday, November 30th: 11am – 8pm
- Thursday, December 1st: 11am – 8pm
- Friday, December 2nd: 11am – 8pm
- Saturday, December 3rd: 11am – 8pm
If I lose or damage my wristband, where can I get a replacement?
If you misplace, damage, or lose functional use of your wristband, you may seek assistance at the Ticket Office to receive a replacement.
Can I register for a ticket at the event?
Tickets for the event are sold out, however, you may sign up for the waiting list when you’re at the event and we’ll notify you if more tickets become available.
