NFT Now Media, Inc. Cookie Policy
Last Updated: October 21, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how NFT Now Media, Inc. (“nft now,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on nftnow.com (the “Website”).

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information and describes your privacy rights.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, phone, or other device when you visit a website. They help websites function, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use them.

We may also use similar technologies, including pixels, web beacons, and local storage. References to “cookies” in this policy include these technologies where applicable.

Cookies may be set by us (“first-party cookies”) or by third-party providers whose services appear on the Website (“third-party cookies”).

2. How we use cookies

Depending on the features you use, cookies may serve the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Support essential functions, such as maintaining secure sessions, authenticating users, preventing fraud, and remembering privacy choices. Where legally exempt, these cookies do not require consent.
  • Preference and functionality cookies: Remember your choices and support enhanced features, such as display preferences and multimedia functionality.
  • Analytics and performance cookies: Help us understand how visitors reach and use the Website, including which pages they visit, how they interact with content, and whether they encounter errors. We use this information to evaluate and improve our content and services.
  • Advertising and targeting cookies: Where used, help us and our advertising partners deliver relevant advertisements, limit repeated advertisements, and measure campaign performance. They may collect information about browsing activity across different websites or services. We do not currently use advertising or targeting cookies on the Website.

Information collected may include cookie identifiers, IP addresses, browser and device details, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions with content.

3. Third-party services

The Website may include embedded videos, social media content, advertising, or other features supplied by third parties. These providers may use cookies when their services load or when you interact with them, subject to applicable consent requirements.

Third parties may process information under their own privacy policies. Details about the providers associated with cookies on the Website are included in the cookie list below.

Some providers deliver content to the Website without setting cookies but still receive your IP address and basic browser details in order to respond to the request. On the Website these include Google Fonts and Lever (which supplies the listings on our careers page). The Website is served through Cloudflare, which protects it against abuse. Our newsletter sign-up forms send the email address you enter directly to Mailchimp (Intuit), which may set cookies on its own domain after you submit the form.

4. Cookie details and duration

Session cookies generally expire when your browsing session ends. Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or are deleted. Other technologies, such as local storage, may remain until cleared.

Strictly necessary

These are always active because the Website cannot function without them.

5. Your cookie choices

Website controls

You can accept or reject optional cookies, select preferences by category, and change or withdraw your consent at any time by opening Cookie Settings:

The same control is available from the “Cookie Settings” link in the Website footer.

Where consent is required by applicable law, cookies requiring consent will not be activated until you agree. Simply continuing to browse does not constitute consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Browser settings

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and manage other stored website data. Refer to your browser’s help menu for instructions. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent certain features from working.

Preferences may need to be set separately for each browser or device. Clearing stored data may remove your saved choices.

Additional privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details and instructions.

Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the “Advertising and targeting” category is kept off on the Website.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
