Let’s face it: The NFT space moves really fast. Considering how quickly things can change in the metaverse, a week in NFTs might as well be a month IRL.

Don’t get us wrong — the more people onboarded into the space, the merrier. But because of the constant influx of great art and ideas, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with all the news, launches, and general happenings.

Well, you can put the days of endless Twitter and Discord scrolling behind you, as we’ll be coming up with a weekly list of upcoming NFT drops you definitely don’t want to miss.

Iconography: Series One

Who: Ethan Pines

What: 24-hour photo auctions

When: Nov. 22 @ 6:30 p.m. ET

Where: MakersPlace

Why: Award-winning photographer Ethan Pines has made his NFT debut via MakersPlace. With accolades from Wired, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal and more under his belt, his inaugural drop features six new pieces based on his portraits of Elon Musk, Vitalik Buterin and Elizabeth Holmes. The auctions end Nov. 23 at various times.

Who: Zomax

What: Drawings, open editions and an auction

Where: Nifty Gateway

Why: Zomax has turned heads throughout the year with his signature combination of dark, ominous space themes and eerily realistic 3D art. With this latest collection, the enigmatic German artist has crafted a slew of collectibles that he says “bear historical weight.”

Why: H+ Creative is an artist representation firm and visual services studio that focuses on the future of creative media through vibrantly executed imagery. With this latest drop, H+ presents a collection of Utopian Paradises and blissful planes of existence from its curated artists.

Pixelated Heroes

Who: Rewind Collective

What: 5,555 collectibles

When: Nov. 24 @ 6:30 p.m. ET

Where: MakersPlace

Why: Rewind Collective is a digital arts collective aimed at addressing the gender and minority imbalances throughout the art world. With this drop, Rewind presents 5,555 pixel art NFTs celebrating the female form.

QU4NTUM

Who: NessGraphics

What: Limited edition of 50

When: Nov. 25 & 26 @ 10 a.m. ET

Where: TRLab.com

Why: Over the past year, NessGraphics has become a staple of the NFT community. From his vivid dystopian art to his off-kilter personality, the prolific creator is in a league of his own. With this latest drop, he has provided the fourth NFT in a series of original works commissioned for the AI 2041 project by TR Lab and curator Ronnie Pirivino.

Aku Chapter VI: Home

Who: Micah Johnson

What: Collection mechanics TBA

When: Nov. 26 @ 2 p.m. ET

Where: Nifty Gateway

Why: On Black Friday, celebrated creator Micah Johnson will unveil a new chapter in his beloved Aku series. The series, which follows the story of a young boy who asked if it is possible for astronauts to be Black, has become one of the most beloved NFT endeavors within the space over the last year, even earning its own dedicated event during Art Basel.

Millennia

Who: Maggie West

What: Collection mechanics TBA

When: Nov. 27 @ 6:30 p.m. ET

Where: Nifty Gateway

Why: Photographer and all-around creative Maggie West returns to Nifty Gateway for her second drop on the platform. Featuring NFTs created using time-lapse photography, Millennia focuses on minerals captured over a 24-hour period beneath a spectrum of colored lights.

Clone X

Who: RTFKT Studios

What: 20,000 collectibles

When: Nov. 27 & Nov. 29; Time TBA

Where: Clone X website

Why: After nearly half a year of teasing, RTFKT’s long-awaited Clone X project is finally launching. The pre-sale for those who own qualifying RTFKT pieces will go live on the 27th, with the public sale set to launch on the 29th. Follow the RTFKT Twitter account closely for real-time updates.
